Ladies and Gentlemen, in connection with the entry into force on 20/09/2019 of the Act of 30/08/2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and some other acts (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1798), we would like to inform you that the Company has started the process of compulsory dematerialisation of shares. By 31/12/2020 at the latest, the shareholders of the Company will be obliged to submit the share documents to the Company. From 2021, the shares will not have the form of a physical document and all of them will take the form of an electronic record, and the previously issued share documents will lose their legal force. Shares (in electronic form) will be subject to registration in the register of shareholders, and such a register may be kept only by authorized entities, e.g. brokerage houses, which will be selected by shareholders at the General Meeting. Please be advised that the Company will publish information on the next stages of the dematerialisation of shares on an ongoing basis.
